New Cooling Stems for the Arizer Solo 3, Air and ArGo Launching in 2025!

It's always exciting when launching a new product - however when it's a range of products it's even more exciting!

I've gotten my hands on the Arizer Solo stems and done some in-depth testing!  There was one slight concern which is an issue for some people - a bit of loose fit. To help with this each new (and eventually old) glass stem pack will have several silicone O rings included. These can be placed at various positions but work best when you unscrew the lid, insert the glass stem the re screw the lid into position. 

Now the issue of loose Arizer stems has plagued me for years - because of the fine tolerances it has been almost impossible to (cost effectively) build Arizer Solo/Air stems for people that work for everyone. 

Years ago I had some complaints that the glass stems were... too tight!

Yes, pictures of glass stuck and shattered in Arizer Solo mark 1s haunted me!  I think the reviews are still online somewhere if you look far enough back...

So of course, we ensured that the glass was just fractionally smaller and then low and behold we receive complaints that the glass 'wobbles a bit' or in some extreme cases 'falls out'. 

I do sometimes think one factor here is I'm pretty sure that when a new Arizer Solo 3 is sold, they will actually rotate through multiple stems to ensure that there is a perfect fit and alignment. Obviously I'm not really in a position to do that. 

So my choice was - raise prices significantly -even though 95% of people have no issue at all. Or some people could have slightly wobbly stems. 

I chose wobbly stems and now I've chosen to add O rings into every single Arizer Solo 2 and 3 stem set going forward so that each stem set is firmly in position. 

We did think about ensuring the perfect fit for every stem but that would've increased the price hugely for people, whereas O rings, for the small percentage of people who need them, are pretty cheap and effective too.

What I came here for is to post we've got an epic line up of stems being released soon!

They're a mixture of 'XL' (I prefer 'deep fill'), High Air Flow, and Cooling Beads (I prefer 'Cooling Balls') stems for the Arizer Solo 3, Solo 2, Air 2, Air 2 Max etc - and they are shipping in around 1-2 weeks world wide!

So that's exciting isn't it!

There are also going to be some Arizer ArGo stems which are pretty cool .. and perhaps even more relevant now that Arizer has released some hints about it's new upcoming Arizer ArGo project. 

I'm hoping, praying in fact, that there will be cross compatibility with the ArGo stems, it is the way! The Arizer way!
