❓ What is The Vapetrix?

The Vapetrix is the trading name of BMTick UK/EE/USA LTD, a British company with over a decade of experience in selling custom-made replacement parts and accessories for dry herb vaporisers such as Arizer, DynaVap, Pax, Storz & Bickel and more. We built this brand and website to better showcase our growing range of premium-compatible accessories.

📦 Where do you ship from?

All Germany and EU orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Leicester, United Kingdom. Please note all duties and taxes are pre-paid for all customers

🚚 What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Royal Mail, Spring Logistics and Landmark Global as shipping options. Once your parcel reaches the destination country, final delivery is usually completed by a local courier or postal delivery company.

⏱ What are your handling times?

Our usual handling time is 1–2 working days. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, although delivery times can vary slightly depending on destination country, customs flow and final-mile carrier performance.

💰 Why are your products so affordable?

We design and manufacture many of our parts ourselves, which helps us reduce unnecessary middleman costs. Our pricing reflects efficient production and a lean business model — not lower quality. We focus on offering excellent value without compromising on fit, function or finish.

🔧 Can you make a specific part or adapter?

Maybe. We always like hearing new product ideas from customers. If you need a specific adapter, mouthpiece, stem or replacement part, send us a message. We may already have something in development or be able to consider it for a future production run.

🔩 Which vaporisers are your parts compatible with?

Our parts are designed for a wide range of popular dry herb vaporisers including Arizer, DynaVap, Pax, Storz & Bickel and more. Compatibility information is listed clearly on each product page. If you are unsure before ordering, just contact us and we will help you check.

🔍 Will it fit my device?

Please check the compatibility section in the product description before ordering. If your device or model is listed, it should fit as intended. If it is not listed, we would recommend checking with us first to avoid ordering the wrong part.

🧩 Are your parts OEM or third-party?

We sell our own third-party parts and accessories designed to be compatible with major vaporiser brands. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not OEM items. Many customers choose them as a durable, customisable or better-value alternative.

🔥 Are your glass parts heat resistant?

Yes. Our glass parts are made from borosilicate glass, which is well suited to vapour use thanks to its strong heat resistance and durability. It is the same type of glass commonly used in laboratory glassware.

🛠 How do I install or replace a part?

Most of our parts are simple push-fit or direct replacement pieces and do not require tools. Just make sure you have selected the correct compatible model first. If a part needs anything more specific, we will usually mention it on the product page or can help by message.

🌿 Can I use your accessories to customise my setup?

Yes. Many of our accessories are designed to help you fine-tune cooling, airflow, comfort and overall feel. Whether you want a cleaner look, a different mouthpiece style or a more personalised setup, our range is built for practical customisation.

🧼 What’s the best way to clean it?

We recommend cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. For glass parts, you can soak them, rinse thoroughly with warm water afterwards and allow them to dry fully before reuse. For stubborn residue, a cotton bud, soft brush or pipe cleaner can help.

🇩🇪 Is it legal to buy and own vaporiser accessories in Germany?

In general, the accessories themselves are intended for use with legal dry herb vaporisers and are not, by themselves, the issue under German law. However, legality can depend on what is used with them and how they are used. Please make sure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Germany before ordering or using any product.

📦 What is your return policy?

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to put it right quickly and fairly.

💥 What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please send us a photo as soon as possible after delivery and we will sort it out. We pack orders carefully, but if something arrives damaged in transit, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

🧪 Do you offer wholesale or custom production?

Yes. We can offer wholesale pricing for suitable trade orders, and we may also be able to produce custom parts where order quantity makes sense. Contact us with your requirements and we will let you know what is possible.
