Shipping Policy
Free EU Shipping:
Orders over €40 are shipped free within the EU and across the European continent. For orders under €40, a flat shipping fee of €8.49 applies.
Shipping & Carriers:
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the United Kingdom. Delivery times are slightly longer but comparable to domestic or EU-wide deliveries. We ship with:
- Royal Mail
- Spring Logistics, or
- Landmark Global
Processing & Delivery Times:
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Typical delivery takes 4–6 business days. All shipments include tracking. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Priority Shipping (EU):
We also offer UPS Standard (3 business days) for €14.99 and UPS Express (1 business day) for €34.99. Please allow 1–2 days for processing, and note that shipping takes place on business days only (Monday–Friday).
Duties & Fees (EU):
All taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. Duties and fees are already included in the price – no hidden surprises!
International Shipping:
Shipping is available to most countries. Costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Location for International Orders:
Depending on stock and delivery speed, your order may be shipped from either the USA or the United Kingdom. We choose the shipping location to minimize costs and delivery times.
International Return Policy:
We do not accept used or opened items for international returns. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
International Warranty Policy:
We do not accept international returns for used vape parts.
Customs Information:
Your shipment may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the customer. In most countries, these fees are minimal, but please check your local regulations before purchasing.
Shipping Delays:
Please be patient with international orders. While delivery usually takes 5–15 business days, in rare cases it may take up to 30 days. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team via live chat.
